Sannylaser 4-axis linkage system SL-FLSYS
The main parts of 4 axis linkage system includes XY galvanometer, XY motion platform, platform driver, GMC control card and general marking software.
This system synchronize the linearity servo platform and laser scanning galvanometer to give unlimited field of view. When the high dynamic performance of the scanning galvanometer is combined with the large stroke range of the servo platform, a larger working range can be continuously processed than that of the traditional galvanometer, so no splicing is required.
The 4 axis linkage system doesn't only expand the working range of the scanning galvanometer system and the application range of a single optical device, but also avoids the interaction between the laser beam range and the available working range, which improves the processing quality and the production capacity of large-size parts.
